High English level required. /p h3Job Responsibilities / Role /h3 ul liPromoting and encouraging good culture and behaviours personally and across the company, in line with I AM Risk. /li liIdentifying, assessing, managing, and reporting risk, taking proactive personal responsibility for "doing the right thing" in compliance with regulatory requirements and our frameworks and policies. /li liProgressing specific actions that could minimise or mitigate risks identified (e.g., conduct risk and operational risk). /li liMaintaining awareness of changes to regulatory landscape and incorporating these into activities. /li liSupporting the bank in meeting its business, legal, regulatory and stakeholder obligations in respect of Financial Crime Compliance. /li liResearch best practice, make positive contribution to shape and implement products and processes which help to protect the bank from Insider threat. /li liDevelop appropriate metrics which display the effectiveness of Insider threat. /li liPositive contribution to continuous improvements in the insider threat space.



/li /ul h3Mandatory Skills /h3 ul liDemonstratable knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. /li liDemonstratable knowledge of the use of Service Now including the ability to respond efficiently to tickets and run basic reporting. /li liExcellent understanding of risk management practices, processes, and techniques. /li liUnderstanding of DLP functionalities, including policy monitoring, incident response and analysis. /li liExcellent organisational and communication skills. /li liAbility to display discretion and maintain confidentiality while interacting with other areas of the bank. /li /ul h3Nice To Have Skills /h3 ul liExposure to cyber security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines. /li liExposure to cyber security platforms including Purview, Defender and Netskope. /li liKnowledge of applicable Data Protection laws and regulations (GDPR), Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and the NIST Cyber Security Framework /li /ul h3Qualities /h3 ul liDemonstratable knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. /li liDemonstratable knowledge of the use of Service Now including the ability to respond efficiently to tickets and run basic reporting. /li liExcellent understanding of risk management practices, processes, and techniques.
