Permanent position in a organisation with an excellent reputation, strong culture and low attrition rates. /ppThis CSA Engineer will assist in the management of site safety, site QA, project schedules and all costs associated to the package. Plays a key role in the management of all day to day on site operations for the CSA packages. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliManagement of Site Safety in conjunction with the Safety Advisor. This will include the setup, management of and closing out of the safety file as part of the Management team. /liliManagement of Site QA in conjunction with the CSA Package manager including set up, management and close out of file. /liliFamiliarity with and management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades and Package Leads. /liliManagement of all day to day on site operations for the CSA packages. /liliAssist with the management of all costs associated with your package including: /liliCSA Team. /liliSub-contractors. /liliMaterial deliveries and goods receipting. /liliPlant and Equipment. /liliVariations. /liliFamiliarity with and management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades and Package Leads. /liliManagement of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels.



Ensure Attend and contribute to a weekly minute’s meeting with sub-contractor. /liliManagement of the “In Progress” snagging system ensuring that you return weekly punch lists where applicable. /liliIssue direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours to time administrator for tracking centrally. /liliAttendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings where required. /liliClose out of all project items including O M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File – all with the support of the CSA package manager. /liliImplement a weekly look ahead ensuring co-ordination with other trades. /liliIssue internal weekly progress report, Supervisor’s report. This will highlight progress percentage complete based on WBS codes and any concerns. It should also highlight any risk elements within the control of or Sub-contractors, e.g.: late deliveries. /liliSchedule material deliveries to correspond with the project schedule.
