Data Analyst, External Fulfillment EU The EU External Fulfillment Ops Excellence team is looking for a hands-on, detail oriented and highly motivated Data Analyst to help create data backed insights.

The data analyst will be responsible to analyze data to support support programs, dig deep into data to determine root cause of defects, build and maintain decision support tools, and present findings to business partners.

In addition the Data Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining key metrics for business reviews.

Key job responsibilities
- Assist in retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources to support decision-making processes
- Help maintain and review KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Support the EU External Fulfillment Network with basic data requests
- Contribute to data analysis that informs recommendations for EU EF Leadership
- Participate in data mining and basic problem-solving tasks A day in the life This position is office-based.

Every day is different in this role.

The work youll conduct is both proactive and reactive, requiring you to analyse the capacity per truck for the transportation network and work quickly to resolve any operational issues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in data analysis
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Problem solving experience
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with basic data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of Amazon systems and processes
- Strong organizational skills
- Interest in learning new technical tools
- Basic understanding of data visualization concepts
- Ability to maintain attention to detail
