Working closely with our Inside Sales team you act as a technical expert, guiding them through architecture decisions, deployment strategies, and best practices. /p h3What You Will Be Doing /h3 ul liCollaborate with account teams to understand customer requirements. /li liConduct technical discovery sessions and solution workshops. /li liDesign architectures for search, observability, and security use cases. /li liDeliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts. /li liAssist with deployment planning and configuration. /li liProvide guidance on scaling, performance tuning, and security. /li liDocument solutions and share technical knowledge internally and externally. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liSolid understanding of distributed systems and data indexing/search. /li liExperience in a technical customer-facing role. /li liAbility to map business needs to technical solutions. /li liStrong problem-solving and communication skills. /li liFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). /li liFluent in English.
