In this role you lead the Wind Advanced Manufacturing agenda, shaping long‑term strategy and technology roadmaps to drive a multi‑year transformation. You align manufacturing initiatives with global business goals and steer capital decisions to deliver safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements across the wind supply chain. You will build a high‑performing organization, embed Lean and standard work, and coordinate cross‑functional efforts to scale production‑ready innovations. Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of engineering, manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing experience
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
