The role helps monitor business performance, manage risks, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor the business and risks. /li liHelp teammates understand the subtleties of healthcare and insurance. /li liDefine the pricing and re‑pricing strategy of products. /li liImprove margin monitoring. /li liCollaborate with Key Account Managers to equip them with tools for delivering a superior experience. /li liAnalyze profitability of the portfolio and suggest action points. /li liParticipate in a integral insurance community, influencing organization, hiring, and training across multiple countries. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 6 years of experience in health insurance. /li liFluency in English. /li liKnowledge of sector trends, pricing/re‑pricing decisions, and market practices. /li liA quantitative background (statistics, actuarial sciences) combined with experience in insurance products and business. /li liAbility to navigate and synthesize technical, data, business, and legal questions related to insurance. /li liBuilder mindset – continuously identifying opportunities to scale and optimize processes and systems.
