While the role’s primary duties will be focused on compliance, there may be occasions where he/she is requested to provide additional support to the Legal Team provided that this does not encroach upon compliance duties. /p h3Main Accountabilities /h3 ul liConduct counterparty due diligence reviews, including but not limited to fact-gathering, ultimate beneficial ownership research, compliance screenings, sanctions hits and/or other red flags identification and review and other due diligence activities /li liConduct vessels due diligence activities /li liAssist with the development and maintenance of counterparty screenings and maintain appropriate case files and records /li liAssist with Third Party Management Program reviews, including but not limited to reviewing due diligence questionnaires, compliance screening results, subsequently onboarding third parties, maintaining accurate and complete case files /li liKeep current on changes to economic sanctions, anti-corruption, AML, anti-boycott and other compliance related laws and regulations, and notify management of any important changes /li liAssist with updates to Bunge compliance guidance policies,
