As a Design System Architect at Factorial, you own and evolve our company-wide design system into a scalable product infrastructure. You will bridge design, engineering, and AI-driven workflows to enable fast, consistent delivery across teams. This role is about laying foundations for 10x speed and quality, shaping product architecture, and creating tooling from Figma to code. You will have significant ownership and help define how we scale design quality across the product, with an emphasis on AI-native development.
