The selected candidate may also be have to support some initiatives in other indirect categories (MRO, Packaging, services,…) as well as lead European projects/commodities as needed and depending on profile. /p h3Responsibilities On Attributed Categories /h3 ul liDefine and Support the execution of Sourcing strategies /li liIdentify lead sourcing projects including activities from RFP, negotiations, contracting, supplier relationship management to claim management, … /li liDrive cost opportunities, synergies, challenge the status quo (where appropriate) in partnership with the sourcing team and internal stakeholders to bring value and productivity for the business. /li liDevelop Supplier partnership through negotiation of new supply agreement and management of existing ones including securing capacity. /li liMonitor and review suppliers' performances with operations with reference to the agreed standard and service levels. /li liLiaise effectively externally with suppliers,
