We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in bDüsseldorf (Germany) /b , you will work in a distributed team from our office in bMálaga (Spain /b or from home. /p /brh3What you'll be doing /h3 /brul /brliImplement and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a focus on the moduless Employee Central and Compensation). /li /brliTranslate business requirements into system configuration and ensure solutions meet operational needs. /li /brliWork closely with HR and IT teams to support day-to-day system usage and continuous improvements. /li /brliExecute assigned topics independently and take ownership of smaller initiatives or work packages. /li /brliSupport testing, deployments, and system enhancements across the supported SuccessFactors modules. /li /brliProvide functional support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors-related topics.
