Experteer Overview
As a senior design authority, you own end‑to‑end architecture for complex contract logistics programs, ensuring cohesive integration of WMS, TMS, OMS, and automation. You engage early in demand and pre‑sales, guide design decisions through delivery, and bridge silos to maintain solution integrity. Based in Europe or the Americas, you’ll shape the technical blueprint for multi‑site implementations and mentor others. This role blends technology and business impact within CEVA’s global IT CoE.

• Own the overall technical design for complex CL programs (multi-site or high complexity) across WMS, TMS, OMS, integrations, and automation
• Engage in demand/pre-sales to shape solutions and validate viability for standard vs non‑standard approaches
• Act as design authority through delivery, steering architecture decisions and aligning domain designs
• Document and oversee cross‑system integration, data flows, and interface touchpoints




• Oversee build/testing to ensure alignment with approved architecture and smooth handover to Run/Support
• Contribute to CL IT CoE standards, templates, and decision criteria; mentor peers

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in IT solution architecture or similar roles, preferably in logistics or large enterprise IT
• Deep knowledge of WMS (e.g. Manhattan, Blue Yonder) and related systems (TMS, OMS, ERP) and their integration
• Proven track record designing complex, multi‑technology solutions with APIs, EDI, and data flows
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; experience guiding design workshops
• Ability to work in a matrix, global environment; strategic thinking with hands‑on problem solving
• Experience in pre‑sales or RFP solution development is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages beneficial
