Working closely with the Head Pizza Chef, you will help deliver consistent quality, strong pace and a smooth service from the pizza section. /p pYou will take ownership of the pizzas you produce during your shift, making sure every pizza is prepared, topped, baked and finished with care, accuracy and pride. /p h3You will be responsible for: /h3 ul liPreparing, stretching, topping and baking pizzas to Florentine standards. /li liKeeping quality, speed and presentation strong during busy service. /li liCompleting prep and mise en place so the pizza section is ready and organised. /li liFollowing dough, baking, hygiene,
