Your key responsibilities will include: /p ul liTechnical review: You will review the work of trainees and assistants, monitor deliverables, and guarantee high standards by meticulously reviewing workpapers, provisions, and documentation. /li liPayroll Processing: Supervise end‑to‑end payroll processing including data entry, calculation of salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions. Ensure accuracy in compliance with Spanish labor laws and regulations. Review and approve payroll transactions, addressing any discrepancies. /li liCompliance: Stay informed about changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements affecting payroll. Ensure compliance with reporting obligations, tax filings, and adherence to salary and hour laws. Implement and update payroll policies and procedures in line with local regulatory changes. /li liSocial Security: Calculation, modification, revision and payment of Social Security (SILTRA). /li liRecord Keeping: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records related to clients compensation, taxes, and benefits. Keep track of changes in clients status, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
