As a TIA Oracle Developer, you will design and optimize Oracle-based data structures within the TIA platform, delivering robust PL/SQL functionality and improving data quality for insurance processes. You collaborate with product owners, analysts, and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions for policy, claims, and billing domains. You will tackle performance, data migrations, and CI/CD-aligned development, contributing to reliable, compliant insurance data solutions. This role offers hands-on work shaping TIA configurations and data models in a cross-functional, Agile environment.

• Develop and maintain Oracle database components within TIA
• Write and optimize PL/SQL code (packages, procedures, triggers)
• Analyze and resolve database performance issues
• Support data migrations (e.g., legacy TIA)
• Design data models for insurance products (policy, non-life, premium)
• Perform impact analyses for data/process changes
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines
• Support testing (unit, SIT, UAT)
• Monitor data quality and integrity
• Set up queries for reports or audits (FEC checks)
• Implement new product configuration in TIA with corresponding DB changes
• Optimize slow batch processes (renewal, premium run)
• Assist data migration to TIA Retail
• Troubleshoot production data issues
Responsabilidades
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database
• Extensive experience with PL/SQL
• SQL tuning u0026 performance optimization
• Experience with data integrations (APIs, ETL)
• Familiarity with version control (Git, Azure DevOps)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• Open to AI applications xqbhyrx in work
• Knowledge of the TIA platform (Sapiens)
• Understanding of TIA data structures and configurations
• Experience with policies, claims and billing in TIA
• Insurance products familiarity (non-life, life)
• Basic knowledge of premium calculations, claims handling, policy administration
• Understanding of compliance requirements (e.g. Wft, GDPR)
