In this role you will lead non-trade procurement across IT, finance, HR and other areas to deliver hard-dollar savings and sustainable supplier programs. You will partner with senior stakeholders to plan sourcing, run strategic events, and manage supplier relationships, coaching Analysts along the way. The position emphasizes cross-functional impact, Pu0026amp;L savings, and continuous improvement. You’ll work in a global, fast-paced environment that values ethical, data-driven decision making.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop annual sourcing/category plans with key business stakeholders
• Negotiate with suppliers to deliver $3M-$5M in savings
• Lead RFP projects to select strategic suppliers
• Contract negotiations and statement of work management
• Represent TD SYNNEX in quarterly supplier business reviews
• Ongoing supplier relationship management and performance tracking





Responsabilidades
• u003e5 to 8 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in IT, Finance, Logistics, or Marketing categories
• Experience interfacing with all management levels
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred
• Demonstrated complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Ability xqbhyrx to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in diverse teams
• Fluent in English and local/regional languages
• Proficient in business applications and computer systems
