This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication that is keen to enter the industry in a hands‑on, entry-level role with unlimited learning and growth opportunities in the industry´s leading company. /p h3Position Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate the full lifecycle of multiple localization and translation projects simultaneously /li liCoordinate all project phases, from initiation to delivery, ensuring smooth execution /li liCollaborate with Sales/Client Services teams to define project scope, timelines, and requirements /li liCommunicate with our integral network of vendors (translators, editors, and other specialists) to negotiate rates, assign tasks and agree on deadlines, and subsequently monitor project progress /li liTrack project status, proactively identifying and resolving issues with involved stakeholders /li liManage project budgets, including cost tracking,



gross margins and financial reporting /li liMaintain accurate and organized project documentation /li liPerform quality control checks at various stages (e.g. proofreading, final-eye reviews of deliverables, etc.) /li liEnsure compliance with internal processes and quality standards /li liComplete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor. /li /ul h3Essential Skills Required /h3 ul liBachelor´s degree or equivalent /li liSuperior written and spoken communication skills in English /li liMinimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in corporate environment /li liAbility to work both independently and take initiative, while also being comfortable collaborating effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders on an international level /li liStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively /li liHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality /li liGood analytical and problem-solving skills /li liProficiency in MS Office and general computer skills /li /ul h3Desired Skills and Experience /h3 ul liKnowledge of additional languages at professional working proficiency /li liExperience in translation/localization project management /li liFamiliarity with CAT tools or localization platforms /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
