In this role you will lead the Group Accounts Receivable function across all business units and locations, shaping collections strategy and cash flow. You will partner with finance, sales, and operations to ensure accurate billing and timely receivables while driving process improvements. You will mentor the AR team, manage escalations, and uphold compliance with policies and controls. This position offers impact through cross‑functional collaboration and a focus on scalable, data‑driven AR operations.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead, supervise and develop the AR team with clear objectives and ongoing training
• Allocate workload to ensure efficient, timely deliverables across the team
• Oversee customer invoicing for OL/WL customers ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Monitor group receivables across locations and enforce AR policies globally
• Conduct monthly revenue reviews,



identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Develop and implement AR collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts
• Escalate overdue issues, manage high‑value disputes and complex reconciliations
• Produce monthly AR performance reports and ageing analyses for senior management
• Lead AR audit activities and maintain compliant documentation
• Collaborate with Treasury, Payables and finance leadership to forecast cash flow and optimize working capital xqbhyrx
• Drive automation and process improvements using ERP and reporting tools to enhance efficiency

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Finance
• Minimum 3 years in accounts receivable or related finance role
• Experience in multinational or gaming industry preferred
• Knowledge of Navision ERP and advanced Excel
• Strong data analysis skills
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and process improvements
