This job offer is for you! /ppWe are seeking energetic, vibrant Level 1 Helpdesk agents to work in a new and expanding Flag-ship center located in Las Palmas, Spain. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliInteract with customers via telephone, e-mail and the web, providing technical support and problem solving abilities. /liliIdentify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints. /liliAnalyze customer problems and formulate plans of resolution. /liliAssist in identifying resolution gaps at the helpdesk and author knowledge base submissions accordingly. /liliEvaluate new services, processes and technologies introduced at the helpdesk. /liliParticipate in departmental training activities including training programs in support of new technologies, procedures, and customer service enhancements. /liliWork with departmental staff to promote, develop, and maintain strong customer service values. /liliEscalate unresolved issues to support leads, designated (Client) service group.



/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMandatory languages (fluent): Main language (French) + English. Valuable: upper intermediate Spanish /liliBasic PC Skills /liliGood communication skills /liliAvailability to work in shifts: 7x24 (40 hours per week - 5 days per week).
