This role ensures Fever systematically leverages available regimes (e.g., RD credits, entertainment incentives, employment incentives, investment incentives, innovation regimes) in a compliant, efficient, and scalable way. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProactively identify opportunities in existing and new markets, quantify potential benefits, and prioritize opportunities based on impact and feasibility.
Map and maintain a global inventory of relevant tax credits, incentives, grants, and relief regimes (e.g., RD, innovation, IP, investment, employment, regional incentives). /li liLead the end‑to‑end implementation of tax credit and incentive projects (scoping, eligibility analysis, data gathering, documentation and filings). /li liWork with Finance and FPA to integrate incentives into business cases, budgeting, and forecasting. /li liCoordinate with local Finance, HR, and operational teams to ensure incentive requirements (substance, documentation, KPIs) are met on an ongoing basis. /li liMonitor changes in tax credit and incentive regimes globally and assess their impact on Fever’s structure and expansion plans. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liDegree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field. /li li5+ years of experience in tax incentives/credits, international tax, or related advisory (Big 4 / top‑tier firm or multinational group). /li liProven experience with RD and innovation incentives, investment incentives, and/or employment‑related tax credit regimes across multiple jurisdictions. /li liStrong financial and analytical skills; ability to model and articulate the impact of incentives on cash flow, effective tax rate, and business cases.
