ppR Junior Accounting and reporting Specialist (Open) /p h3Job Description Summary /h3 pVector Renewables is looking for a junior accounting and reporting specialist who will be responsible for the preparation and management of the administrative, financial and accountancy of the companies under management. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liAct as the main point of reference for specific clients under management, ensuring a high quality of service and meeting all requests from clients on a timely basis; /li liPrepare VAT returns on a monthly and quarterly basis; /li liPrepare other applicable taxes (exempt of CIT); /li liIssue and register invoices and receipts; /li liPrepare and submit applicable taxes; /li liRegister banks movements (payments, receivables, tax liquidations, loans repayments, etc.); /li liPrepare and submit financial reporting to the client including main KPIs; /li liControl loan repayment deadlines; /li liBank reconciliations; /li liAccrue project incomes; /li liAccrue main expenses: Insurance, land lease, depreciation, OM,



etc.; /li liManage documentation (physical and digital archive); /li liPrepare and deposit Annual Accounts and official books; /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liAccounting, financial and tax knowledge of small and medium companies; /li li2-3 years of experience; /li liD365 knowledge is a plus; /li liQualified with experience in accounting for renewable assets is a plus; /li liGood communication skills; /li liAbility to meet deadlines under pressure scenarios; /li liStrong aptitude for math and attention to detail; /li liAbility to organize work independently and as part of a team; /li liEnglish fluent; /li liItalian is a plus; /li /ul h3Studies /h3 ul liEconomics Degree or Business Administration. /li /ul h3What do we expect from you? /h3 pWe expect from you passion, commitment and, most of all, the desire to learn in each activity you are tasked with.
