As Senior Finance Analyst, FPu0026amp;A for B2B, you will drive high-quality reporting and forecasting to support growth for partners across airlines, OTAs, and corporate travel. You’ll partner with Commercial Finance, Sales, Revenue Optimisation, and Technology to analyse Pu0026amp;L drivers and overheads, informing senior leadership decisions. The role blends financial planning, performance analysis, and process efficiency to maximize profitability. You will work in a fast-paced, global environment, shaping the division’s financial story and strategic outlook.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the month-end reporting for the division, delivering insights to Senior Management and the finance team
• Provide insightful analysis to identify long-term risks and opportunities and drive profitability
• Contribute to the monthly Forecast process submitted to Corporate Finance, incorporating known variances
• Business partner with key stakeholders to uncover in-depth Pu0026L and overhead drivers
• Coordinate the forecast submission into Hyperion for the division, collaborating with finance and non-finance stakeholders




• Challenge forecast assumptions (sales, revenue margin, commissions) to ensure robust forecasting and identify sensitivities
• Streamline processes for efficiency with buy-in from stakeholders
• Support ad-hoc reporting and presentations as needed
• Prepare forecast summaries for senior management highlighting key movements
• Utilise AI and reporting tools to improve data accuracy and commentary

Responsabilidades
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or equivalent experience
• BA/BSc from a recognized university or equivalent
• Strong experience in analysis, forecasting, and management reporting xqbhyrx in a fast-paced global environment
• Proficient in Excel with large, complex datasets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, results-oriented attitude with good time management
• Experience with Hyperion Planning/Essbase and Looker or similar BI tools (desired)
• Knowledge of Pu0026L and overhead drivers; ability to partner with cross-functional teams
