ppElusav Recruitment have a exciting opportunity for a CSA Engineer with a leading european engineering contractor on large, prestigious data center fit‑out project (€100M+) based in Mons, Belgium. Permanent position in a organisation with an excellent reputation, strong culture and low attrition rates. /p pThis CSA Engineer will assist in the management of site safety, site QA, project schedules and all costs associated to the package. Plays a key role in the management of all day to day on site operations for the CSA packages. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManagement of Site Safety in conjunction with the Safety Advisor. This will include the setup, management of and closing out of the safety file as part of the Management team. /li liManagement of Site QA in conjunction with the CSA Package manager including set up, management and close out of file. /li liFamiliarity with and management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades and Package Leads. /li liManagement of all day to day on site operations for the CSA packages. /li liAssist with the management of all costs associated with your package including: /li liCSA Team. /li liSub-contractors. /li liMaterial deliveries and goods receipting. /li liPlant and Equipment. /li liVariations. /li liFamiliarity with and management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades and Package Leads. /li liManagement of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels.



Ensure Attend and contribute to a weekly minute’s meeting with sub-contractor. /li liManagement of the “In Progress” snagging system ensuring that you return weekly punch lists where applicable. /li liIssue direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours to time administrator for tracking centrally. /li liAttendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings where required. /li liClose out of all project items including O M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File – all with the support of the CSA package manager. /li liImplement a weekly look ahead ensuring co-ordination with other trades. /li liIssue internal weekly progress report, Supervisor’s report. This will highlight progress percentage complete based on WBS codes and any concerns. It should also highlight any risk elements within the control of or Sub-contractors, e.g.: late deliveries. /li liSchedule material deliveries to correspond with the project schedule.
