As a Lead Deployment Engineer, you drive the end-to-end delivery of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers, blending platform mastery with AI-augmented workflows to achieve measurable business outcomes. You guide AI agents to build data models, analyses, and operational solutions while validating outputs in context of the customer. Your role combines deep domain expertise with hands-on implementation, shaping scalable, robust deployments. You join a mission-driven team delivering rapid value and long-term adoption through AI-enabled processes.

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in management or IT consulting or related fields
• Proficiency in Celonis platform: data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, automation
• Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor); prompt/context engineering a plus
• Strong business/process domain understanding and knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and processes (Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable)
• Consulting skills: workshop leadership, stakeholder management, xqbhyrx and delivering outcomes under ambiguity
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and quantify impact
• Learning agility and comfort with evolving tools and ambiguity
• Education: Bachelor's in Technology Management (or related field)
• Languages: English fluent; additional languages a plus
• Travel: up to 50% depending on project needs
