In this role you will design and build AI-powered capabilities that convert enterprise data into intelligent decision support. You will work on a pharmaceutical-sector product, leveraging LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs and cloud-native tech to deliver scalable solutions and Synthetic AI Personas. You collaborate with product owners, architects and engineers to transform business needs into reliable AI services and enterprise integrations. The role emphasizes growth, autonomy and mentoring within a supportive, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades
• strong software engineering experience with Python (primary language)



and experience in TypeScript, Node.js, FastAPI, Java or Rust
• hands-on experience with LLM-powered apps using Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Amazon Bedrock, Gemini or Anthropic, including multi-provider orchestration
• proven experience designing RAG and GraphRAG solutions, knowledge graphs, embeddings, vector search, semantic chunking and retrieval optimization
• experience implementing agentic AI workflows with LangChain, LangFuse or Haystack, including prompt orchestration, tracing, xqbhyrx evaluation and observability
• cloud-native microservices and APIs experience with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes and CI/CD
• ability to work with cross-functional international teams
