/li liAct as the contact person for all subsidiaries in the context of companywide projects with tax implications and tax planning, providing guidance and mentorship. /li liServe as the qualified contact person for auditors and tax advisors. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, tax, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. /li liAt least 5 years of experience as a Tax Specialist, with a focus on German tax regulations, or in finance with a focus on taxes. /li liIn‑depth knowledge of German tax laws, including VAT, corporate income tax, and individual income tax. /li liKnowledge of tax laws in any other jurisdictions (e.g., UK, France, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Romania, Australia, New Zealand, or India) is an advantage. /li liGood knowledge of accounting according to HGB. /li liProven experience in tax planning and advisory services. /li liProficient in Excel. /li /ul h3Functional Expertise /h3 ul liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liExcellent communication skills in German and English (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
