Responsibilities- Lead and implement the Sales Excellence strategy for the Modern Trade channel, ensuring best-in-class execution at the point of sale.- Design and implement the Sales Excellence framework for the Modern Trade channel (execution standards, KPIs, best practices).- Ensure excellence in in-store execution: assortment, planograms, pricing, promotions, visibility, and availability.- Define and track key commercial and operational performance indicators (KPIs).- Lead continuous improvement projects by identifying opportunities to optimize commercial and execution processes.- Work cross-functionally with Sales, CS&E, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.- Analyze market data, sell-out performance, and shopper insights to support decision-making.Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles, trade marketing, sales excellence,
