ppThe role that sits between winning projects and delivering them. /p pAt Unispace, preconstruction is where great projects are made. /p pBefore delivery teams mobilise, before subcontractors arrive on site and before procurement begins, our Preconstruction Managers build the foundations that make successful projects possible. /p pWe're looking for a commercially minded construction professional to join our growing Madrid team and help lead the planning, estimating and procurement activities behind major workplace and commercial interior projects. /p pYou’ll work closely with clients, project managers, designers and subcontractors to develop budgets, programmes and procurement strategies that ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably and successfully. /p pThis role is adecuado for someone coming from a project management, estimating, quantity surveying or commercial construction background who wants broader responsibility and exposure across the full project lifecycle.
