ppJoin our RD team as a Project Manager (m/f/d) and take ownership of exciting international development projects. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate stakeholders across multiple disciplines, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your structured project management approach and proactive communication will be essential in transforming ideas into successful products for the global market /pulliManage development projects in accordance with PMO standards, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to scope, and compliance with established processes. /liliDevelop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, and schedules while proactively identifying project risks, defining mitigation plans, and driving effective escalation management. /liliAct as the central interface between Product Management, Engineering, Industrialization, Procurement, Production, and Quality, coordinating development requests as well as sample and prototype sourcing. /liliPrepare product cost calculations, support pricing negotiations for tooling and components, and coordinate Market Release Dates (MRDs). /liliDrive engineering changes and change management activities throughout the product lifecycle.



/liliFacilitate project status and steering meetings, prepare management reports, and ensure high-quality project data within the project management system. /li /ulpbQualifications and skills: /b /pulliTechnical education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Product Development, or a related field preferred. /liliSeveral years of project management experience in a product development or manufacturing environment. /liliStrong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities, and cross-functional projects. /liliExperience working in an international environment and collaborating with integral teams and suppliers. /liliStructured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with excellent communication and organizational skills. /liliExperience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar).
