As a Customer Architect, you act as the trusted technical advisor to customers, aligning Elastic solutions with business goals and driving adoption and expansion. You work cross-functionally to define technical success plans and ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing usage journey. You apply your hands-on expertise to solve customer challenges, reduce friction, and grow ARR. This role combines technical leadership with strong collaboration and customer-facing impact, onsite with clients.

• Guide onboarding and adoption, continuously driving solution consumption
• Articulate Elastic value and align with customer business objectives
• Identify and remove technical frictions to enable smooth deployment
• Coordinate with support and service teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements for Elastic solutions




• Identify expansion opportunities to grow ARR and ensure ongoing value
• Maintain strong customer relationships and monitor consumption for upgrades and enhancements
• Travel onsite as required to work with customers

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• Fluency in English
• Experience in Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer roles
• Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies
• Experience with Elastic Observability, Security, Enterprise xqbhyrx Search or Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and track record of delivering innovative solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
