ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport area Project Managers and Area Directors on delivering soft refurbishments. /li liPrepare executive reports of projects with different tools. /li liCoordinate information coming from hotels. /li liSupport team members with necessary material/feedback. /li liPunctually support in projects by coordinating information with different stakeholders. /li liReporting and coordination with consultants for soft refurbishments. /li liDeal with different Interior Designers developing projects in EMEA to achieve quality and cost objectives. /li liSupport area office team with daily tasks. /li liInterpretation of design drawings and specifications for approval. /li liPrepare design scope based on interior designer feedback. /li liAssessment of existing FFE condition and operational layout. /li liQA with contractors. /li liUndertake all CAD drawings. /li liAsk suppliers for offers. /li liFollow-up of orders. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in architecture, interior design, quantity survey or any other degree related to design and construction.



/li liMust be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship (Traineeship Agreement Required). /li liFluent knowledge of English (C2), verbally and in writing. /li liOther languages like German or French are a plus. /li liKnowledge of reporting processes and following up processes. /li liAbility to coordinate with multiple parties and meet conditions of performance and agreements. /li liBasic knowledge of design and construction processes. /li liBasic knowledge of construction materials quality conditions. /li liUnderstanding of budgets related to scope of work. /li liAdvanced knowledge of PowerPoint, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Products. /li liWork under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. /li liWork independently and remotely for short periods. /li liWilling to travel. /li liAn independent working style. /li liPreferably previous experience in the hospitality industry. /li /ul pWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds, abilities, and experiences.
