as well as on the legal impacts of projected operations, being proactive in proposing appropriate legal solutions; /li liParticipating in cross-functional projects related to the Group's objectives; /li liManaging, in close collaboration with lawyers, all leasing disputes in the portfolio (including renewals, collections, insolvency proceedings, etc.), including determining the strategy based on prior risk analysis; /li liParticipating in the development and regular updating of document templates used in negotiations; /li liMonitoring legal, regulatory, and case law developments related to leasing issues and shopping centers; /li liAssisting and collaborating in legal issues that the Senior Legal Manager may delegate. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 pbThe Must Haves: /b /p ul liWith a Legal Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) from a top-tier University and Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession. /li li0-2 years’ experience in real estate practice in a top company or top law firm. Preparation of competitive exams for Public Administration (Notary, Registry, Prosecutor, Judge...) highly valued. /li liExcellent technical skills, and strong summarizing and analytical skills. Attention to detail is a must and genuine interest on learning the business and the internal procedures as well as on accomplishing the tasks in the way requested. /li liDynamic, positive, recognized for your team spirit, and your organizational qualities in a high demanding day-to-day. /li liYour negotiation skills, interpersonal ease, and autonomy will be important assets to success in this position and within the Group. /li liSpanish and high level English is a must.
