You will be part of the bData Advanced Analytics /b team, helping to transform information into smarter, more strategic decisions. /p h3What challenge will you be taking on? /h3 pWithin our team, your main responsibilities will be: /p ul liAnalysing corporate data to identify trends, patterns, risks and opportunities for improvement that drive decision‑making. /li liCreating dashboards, reports and key performance indicators using visualisation tools that facilitate business interpretation. /li liDesign and develop data integration and transformation processes (ETL/ELT) to ensure data availability and reliability. /li liDefine and build data models aligned with the organisation’s analytical needs. /li liEnsure the quality, consistency and traceability of data throughout its entire lifecycle. /li liWork with economic, financial and operational information, ensuring data consistency and correct reconciliation. /li liCollaborate closely with the various business areas to understand their needs and translate them into high‑value analytical solutions. /li liParticipate in data governance initiatives, contributing to the efficient and structured management of corporate data. /li liIdentify opportunities to incorporate Artificial Intelligence and language models (LLMs) into corporate processes. /li liDrive initiatives for automation, innovation and continuous improvement within the data ecosystem. /li liPromote a cross‑functional view of processes and data, encouraging collaboration between departments. /li /ul h3What do we need in our team? /h3 pPrevious experience in all the areas described is not essential for this role.
We particularly value the ability to learn, intellectual curiosity, a proactive approach and a keen interest in further developing your knowledge of data analytics and artificial intelligence. /p pWe are looking for a professional with banalytical skills, critical thinking and a problem‑solving mindset /b. The ability to conceptualise, synthesise and draw conclusions from data, as well as adapt messages to different audiences, and experience in data analysis and exploitation. /p h3Knowledge and experience of the following would be required /h3 ul liData visualisation tools (Spotfire, Power BI or similar). /li liProgramming in Python and advanced SQL. /li liDesign and development of ETL processes. /li liModelling of relational and analytical databases. /li liData governance, data quality and metadata management. /li /ul h3The following will be considered an advantage /h3 ul liKnowledge of applied statistics and quantitative analysis. /li liAbility to interact with business users and translate functional requirements into technical solutions. /li liFamiliarity with Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and language models (LLMs), as well as their practical applications in business environments. /li /ul h3What do we offer /h3 ul libHybrid working model /b and 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area. /li liFlexible start and finish times, and intensive working hours Fridays and in summer. /li liPersonalised career plan development, training and language learning support. /li liNational and international mobility.
