ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop, implement, and continuously maintain Clariant's cybersecurity risk management framework and methodology /li liConduct regular cybersecurity risk assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities across systems, applications, and infrastructure /li liDefine and track key risk indicators and metrics to measure and communicate risk exposure effectively /li liMonitor and evaluate emerging IT risks, including cybersecurity threats, compliance issues, and operational risks /li liEnsure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks including ISF SoGP, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF /li liDesign and document processes and procedures that strengthen Clariant's security services portfolio /li liSupport the design and delivery of security awareness training programs tailored to diverse internal audiences /li liDrive and support phishing simulation campaigns to test and continuously improve employee security awareness /li liCollaborate with the Cyber Security Operations team on ongoing projects and daily operational tasks /li liProactively research and stay current with the latest cybersecurity technologies, trends, and threat landscapes /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or higher in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field /li liMinimum 3–4 years of experience in IT risk management, information security consulting, or a related domain /li liAt least 2 years of hands‑on experience in Cyber Security /li liWorking knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and ISF SoGP /li liRelevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent) are a strong advantage /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
