This role is critical to ensuring product performance, reliability, and quality throughout development and production phases. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on technical experience, solid diagnostic skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced engineering and manufacturing environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPerform functional, validation, and acceptance testing of electronic assemblies and PCBAs. /liliExecute test procedures, record data, and document results in accordance with internal quality standards. /liliTroubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic failures down to the component level. /liliSupport product development, verification testing, and production testing activities. /liliOperate and maintain electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, signal generators, and data acquisition systems. /liliAssist engineers with test setup development,



fixture assembly, and process improvements. /liliInterpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. /liliEnsure compliance with ESD, safety, and quality procedures. /liliIdentify and elevate recurring test failures or process issues. /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within test operations. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pEducation: Relevant studies or technical training in electronics or a related field. /ppExperience: A minimum of 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in electronic testing within a manufacturing, industrial, or high‑reliability environment.
