With a combined legacy of resilience, Magnera will build personal partnerships that withstand an ever‑changing world. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Team Leadership Operational Coordination /h3 ul liLead and manage a network of Buyers across EU sites. /li liCoordinate day‑to‑day procurement activities, ensuring timely purchase order execution and material availability. /li liAct as the main escalation point for operational issues such as supply shortages, delays, and production risks. /li liEnsure alignment and consistency across sites in procurement execution and supplier communication. /li liDrive performance through KPIs including service level, supply continuity, inventory health, and responsiveness. /li liProvide coaching, development, and guidance to enhance team effectiveness and collaboration. /li liFoster coordination between Procurement, Planning, and Supply Chain teams at site level. /li /ul h3Procurement Execution Supply Assurance /h3 ul liEnsure uninterrupted supply of raw materials to support continuous manufacturing operations. /li liOversee purchase order execution, demand adjustments, and supplier follow‑up to mitigate risks. /li liMonitor and manage operational procurement activities including delivery schedules,
inventory levels, and consumption patterns. /li liEnsure adherence to supplier allocation strategies and sourcing frameworks defined at central level. /li liSupport implementation of sourcing decisions, contracts, and pricing frameworks across sites. /li liManage and resolve day‑to‑day supply chain disruptions impacting production. /li /ul h3Technology Alignment Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liAct as the key procurement representative for a group of technologies across European sites. /li liEnsure alignment between procurement execution and technical requirements of production and product specifications. /li liCollaborate closely with Innovation, Product Development, Quality, Regulatory and Operations teams on: ul liNew material qualifications /li liProduct or process changes /li liSupplier onboarding and validation /li /ul /li liSupport implementation of technical projects and material changes across sites. /li liEnsure standardization and consistency in material usage and practices across the network. /li /ul h3Process Governance Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and governance frameworks. /li liMaintain alignment with centrally defined sourcing strategies, pricing structures, and supplier agreements. /li liMonitor adherence to allocation rules, consumption guidelines,
and procurement controls. /li liDrive standardization of procurement processes across all sites assigned. /li liSupport reporting, audits, and performance tracking activities. /li /ul h3Supplier Market Coordination /h3 ul liCoordinate with key suppliers to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution. /li liSupport supplier performance monitoring including delivery reliability and responsiveness. /li liMaintain awareness of market dynamics in key raw materials supply (availability, lead times, volatility) and elevate risks proactively. /li liCollaborate with central procurement teams to ensure effective implementation of supplier strategies at site level. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation or relevant professional experience in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. /li liMinimum 3‑5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related roles. /li liProven capability or initial experience in team management or coordination of cross‑functional teams. /li liExposure to direct materials procurement, preferably within manufacturing environments. /li liBasic understanding of supplier markets and dynamics for raw materials. /li liExperience in supplier negotiation and relationship management. /li liFamiliarity with procurement systems and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or similar). /li liFluency in English (mandatory); Spanish, German, or French is a plus. /li liStrong coordination, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. /li liAbility to work in a multi‑site, cross‑functional environment with a hands‑on and operational mindset. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
