or ACA are a plus). /li li1–3 years of experience in finance-related roles such as audit, accounting, controlling, reporting, or commercial finance. /li liProficiency in US GAAP and financial modeling (Excel), with a solid grasp of key financial and accounting concepts (NPV, IRR, Payback, budgeting). /li liStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities; detail-oriented and self-driven. /li liCapable of working independently and collaboratively across departments and management levels. /li liAnalytical mindset, but engaging communication style. /li liFluent in English, with excellent communication skills in a integral, multicultural setting.
