Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office + 2 days remote. /p h3Main Tasks and Accountabilities /h3 ul liEnable and support development teams through a modern DevOps‑driven approach across the full software delivery lifecycle. /li liDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting build, test, deployment, and release activities. /li liSupport onboarding of application teams to internal platforms and curated cloud services. /li liCollaborate closely with development, QA, and platform teams to improve delivery speed, stability, and quality. /li liAutomate infrastructure, deployment, and operational tasks following Infrastructure-as-Code principles. /li liSupport containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes‑based platforms. /li liMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and runtime environments.



/li liEnsure alignment with enterprise standards related to security, compliance, and operational governance. /li liContribute to documentation, templates, and reusable automation assets to improve developer experience. /li liParticipate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate across multiple teams and initiatives. /li /ul h3What UST expects from you? /h3 ul liProven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role within enterprise environments. /li liHands‑on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalent). /li liSolid understanding of DevOps principles, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices. /li liPractical experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). /li liExperience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable). /li liExperience applying Infrastructure-as-Code practices. /li liFamiliarity with scripting or automation (e.g. Bash, Python, PowerShell). /li liUnderstanding of the software development lifecycle and interaction with development and QA teams. /li liExperience working in Agile environments (Scrum / SAFe). /li liStrong problem‑solving skills and a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset.
