Act as a key point of contact for complex payroll matters, support the resolution of escalations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and controls. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liOwn the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution. /li liCalculate and validate complex payroll variables (bonuses, terminations, severance payments, expatriate compensation), ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements. /li liEnsure compliance with local labor law, tax regulations, and social security requirements, liaising with Legal and Tax advisors as needed. /li liLead the reconciliation of payroll data with Finance, ensuring accurate accounting postings and reporting. /li liManage relationships with external payroll providers and authorities, resolving escalations and discrepancies. /li liDrive the preparation and review of statutory filings and year-end processes, such as tax certificates and annual declarations. /li liIdentify and implement process improvements and controls within the payroll function. /li liSupport internal and external audits related to payroll. /li liAct as a key point of contact for complex employee payroll inquiries and escalations. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. /li liSpecialized training in payroll, labor law,
