We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented bPQA / SQA Engineer /b to strengthen our Quality team within the bAssembly area /b. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead product and supplier quality in Trim Assembly, accelerating issue resolution, continuous improvement, and compliance with customer and EBRO standards. /liliLead quality containment actions and root cause analysis for production and supplier issues. /liliCoordinate corrective and preventive actions using methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, QRQC, etc. /liliMonitor KPIs related to quality performance, defects, rework, and supplier incidents. /liliSupport launch activities, validations, and engineering changes during industrialization phases. /liliCollaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Engineering, and Suppliers to ensure quality compliance. /liliConduct audits and follow-up activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
