ph3Student for the Brain Film Fest 2027 /h3 pThe Pasqual Maragall Foundation (FPM) is looking for a bStudent /b to be part of the organizing team of the Brain Film Fest 2027, integrated into the Area of Advocacy and Institutional Relations of the Pasqual Maragall Foundation. /p pThe bBrain Film Fest /b (BFF) is an international film festival about the brain, held at the CCCB since 2018, promoted by the Pasqual Maragall Foundation and co‑organized by the production company Minimal Films. The objectives of the BFF are: /p ul liPromote knowledge of the brain and its capabilities, transferring it to all audiences through scientific and technological dissemination activities. /li liBecome a meeting point to facilitate rapprochement and debate between different scientific, social and artistic actors and disciplines. /li liPromote awareness and social consciousness of brain diseases. /li /ul h3Tasks to develop /h3 pSupport to the BFF Executive Directorate in production and communication tasks: /p ul liSupport for the creation of BFF communication materials, liaising with designers, layout designers, translators, etc. and in coordination with the FPM and BFF communication managers. /li liSupport for the management of communication materials by collaborators: Barcelona City Council, CCCB, media, sponsors, etc. /li liReview, update, correction and translation into Catalan/Spanish of materials and content (website, programme, posters, etc.) /li liWriting internal materials such as abstracts, presentations, etc. and organising BFF documents and materials on Google Drive. /li liDatabase management and sending of informational and invitation mailings: review of the database, design and management of Eventbrite, management of registration lists, design and sending of mailings with Mailchimp, etc. /li liSupport in dealing with suppliers and logistical aspects: requesting quotes, agreeing deliveries, etc. /li liFestival days:
ul liguest and participant management, /li licollaboration in logistical and material aspects, /li lisupport for production and communication needs. /li /ul /li liSupport in the preparation of the BFF Report and the satisfaction survey for attendees. /li liInterlocution with other departments of the Foundation (Communication, Loyalty, Finance, etc.). /li liRegular follow‑up with the person responsible for the project. /li liOther support tasks that may be assigned before, during and after the Festival. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liCurrently studying a degree/postgraduate degree in Communication, Advertising or Public Relations. /li liKnowledge and interest in the audiovisual sector, cinema, etc. /li liKnowledge of Mailchimp, Photoshop and other editing tools is valued. /liliUser‑level knowledge of Office and Excel. /li liHigh level of spoken and written Catalan and Spanish.
