As Production Engineer in Ryanair’s Heavy/Base Maintenance, you support aircraft upkeep for a growing fleet and a high-safety culture. You will ensure regulatory compliance, apply the Safety Management System, and expertly use maintenance data systems. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to review tasks and maintain documentation quality. The role offers impact on maintenance processes and continues the company’s expansion goals within Europe’s largest airline group.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (EASA/UK CAA Part 145)
• Apply and support the Safety Management System (SMS)
• Interpret and apply maintenance documentation (AMM, IPC, SRM, drawings, EOs, SBs, ADs)
• Ensure control and accuracy of maintenance documentation (non-routine cards, job cards, process sheets, customer docs)
• Coordinate with Planning to oversee task handover across shifts




• Perform technical reviews and raise queries or occurrence reports
• Incorporate independent inspection/release to service procedures in task instructions
• Work with MOE/TSM/SMM and other manuals
• Navigate engineering systems (Boeing fleet docs, digital libraries, TSQ dashboards)
• Promote human factors principles and maintain up-to-date aircraft knowledge

Responsabilidades
• Part 66 License holder
• Experience in aircraft maintenance or technical support
• Familiarity with MyBoeingFleet
• Knowledge/experience xqbhyrx using AMOS
• Strong understanding of maintenance documentation and systems
• Knowledge of EASA/UK CAA Part 145 and Part CAMO requirements
• Ability to interpret technical data and engineering instructions
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong safety mindset and awareness of human factors
