You'll engage with clients regularly, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of our sales and marketing strategy. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liBuild strong relationships with clients by understanding their objectives and recommending tailored digital advertising and marketing solutions. /li liDeliver consultative support to help clients optimise their marketing spend and improve return on investment. /li liIdentify opportunities for additional products and services that support business growth and retention. /li liProactively engage with clients through calls, video meetings, and email to maintain high satisfaction and strong long‑term partnerships. /li liWork with internal teams to align sales and marketing activities with broader business goals and performance metrics. /li liConsistently work toward and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liNative or fluent Norwegian with strong written and verbal English skills. /li liBachelors degree or equivalent practical experience. /li li1–2 years of experience in sales, online advertising or marketing roles. /li liFamiliarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, AdSense or YouTube is a plus. /li liExcellent communication, time‑management and analytical skills.
