ph3About The Job /h3 pAs a Test Analyst at Allianz Technology, you ensure the quality of business‑critical IT solutions through structured manual testing across the product lifecycle. You will work in agile cross‑functional teams, designing and executing test cases, validating business requirements, and acting as the bridge to our test automation team in India — translating manual test scenarios into automation‑ready specifications and coordinating handover, prioritisation, and defect triage across locations. /p h3What You Do /h3 ul liDesign, document and execute manual test cases based on business and functional requirements, covering functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. /li liAct as the bridge to the test automation team in India — identify candidates for automation, prepare automation‑ready test specifications, and support handover and prioritisation. /li liCollaborate closely with product owners, developers, requirements engineers, and the offshore automation team in agile cross‑functional setups. /li liAnalyze user stories and acceptance criteria to derive test scenarios, ensuring full coverage of functional and non‑functional requirements. /li liLog, track, and triage defects in close cooperation with developers and offshore colleagues, ensuring clear reproduction steps and timely resolution. /li liMaintain test documentation, traceability matrices and test evidence to support audit and compliance requirements. /li liContribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and support knowledge transfer between onshore and offshore teams.



/li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liSolid knowledge of manual software testing techniques (test design, execution, defect management) — ISTQB Foundation Level certification is a plus. /li liHands‑on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Xray, Zephyr, qTest, HP ALM) in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). /li liStrong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with excellent communication skills and fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus. /li liBasic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use. /li li2–3 years of professional experience as a Test Analyst, QA Analyst, or Manual Tester, ideally in IT or financial services. /li liUnderstanding of test automation concepts to enable effective collaboration with the automation team. /li liUniversity degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liHybrid work model that recognises the value of striking a balance between in‑person collaboration and remote working, including up to 25 days per year working from abroad. /li liCompetitive compensation and benefits package,
