Join Foundever as a Teleoperador/a Technical Customer Support Specialist for an exciting international project in the premium automotive sector.br/br/If you enjoy customer interaction, technical problem-solving, and working in a multilingual environment, this opportunity offers stability, professional growth, and a modern hybrid model in Madrid.br/br/Your Responsibilities • Provide technical customer support via phone and email. • Handle Level 1–2 technical incidents and service-related queries. • Register and follow up customer cases using CRM and ticketing systems. • Deliver high-quality customer experience in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. • Escalate complex cases following internal procedures and quality standards. • Support customers in a professional and solution-oriented way as a teleoperador/a specialist. What We Offer • Permanent contract from day one. • Full-time schedule (39h/week). • Monday to Friday shifts between 9:00 and 19:00. • Hybrid model:
