This person will support internal control processes, account reviews, and regulatory compliance, working closely with other areas of the company. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the execution of periodic internal audits on financial and operational processes. /liliReview and reconcile accounting records, identifying discrepancies or areas for improvement. /liliAssist in preparing documentation for external and regulatory audits. /liliAssess compliance with internal financial control policies. /liliAnalyze transactions and cash flows to detect potential risks or irregularities. /liliPrepare findings reports with clear, actionable recommendations. /liliSupport monthly and annual closing processes in collaboration with the accounting team. /liliStay up to date on applicable accounting and tax regulations (local and international). /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or similar. /lili1-2 years of experience in auditing, financial control, or accounting (Big Four or audit firm internships are a plus). /liliSolid knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus). /liliAdvanced Excel skills; experience with ERPs (SAP, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus. /liliHigh level of English (international environment); Spanish/Catalan are a plus. /liliAttention to detail, analytical thinking,
