ppWith multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Lighting Artist to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ulliCreate high-quality and visually consistent lighting for in-game environments and cinematics, working closely with the art director, art leads, and cinematic team. /liliSupport the overall lighting direction by maintaining consistency across scenes and locations, balancing artistic intent with gameplay clarity and performance. /liliCollaborate with technical artists and other departments to follow established lighting workflows, tools, and standards. /liliOptimize and troubleshoot lighting setups to ensure strong visual results within performance budgets across multiple platforms. /liliContribute to team knowledge by sharing insights, supporting peers, and continuously improving personal craft. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ulli3+ years of experience working on lighting for real-time environments and/or cinematics, ideally within game development. /liliA strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating high-quality lighting work in real-time, with a good understanding of light, color, composition, mood, and storytelling. /liliHands-on experience with lighting in a real-time engine (e.g., Unreal Engine,
