Specialising in data centre projects, the role will focus on the cost management of electrical installations throughout the project lifecycle, from early cost advice through to settlement of the final account. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDelivering high-quality services and ensuring that cost management deliverables meet Customers’ requirements. /li liPreparing and presenting order of cost estimates and option studies. /li liPreparing cost plans and cost-in-use studies. /li liAdvising on and implementing procurement strategies. /li liPreparing tender documentation and managing the tender process, including the design of tender evaluation criteria. /li liEvaluating and reporting on tender submissions. /li liValuing completed work and arranging payments. /li liSettling final accounts. /li liReviewing and commenting on electrical specifications, drawings, and technical submissions for cost implications. /li liSupporting the commercial management of electrical packages during construction, including the assessment of progress claims and variations. /li liMaintaining accurate records and contributing to the development of cost databases for data centre electrical systems. /li liAdministering contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent, where required. /li liProducing and presenting reports to clients. /li liManaging service delivery to achieve profitability targets.
