You will focus on talent acquisition excellence, employer branding, internal mobility, early career, and candidate and hiring managers' experience. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques, acting as a TA consulting partner to the business. /li liBuild strong relationships with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and other key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, anticipation, and internal mobility. /li liGrant exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, from first interaction all the way through to onboarding to ensure a seamless process and high satisfaction rates. /li liCollaborate to develop and execute effective employer branding initiatives to attract the best talent. Actively participate in talent related events (summits, webinars, job fairs, etc.), acting as an ENGIE ambassador. /li liImplement Talent Acquisition process improvement initiatives for hirings at all levels across the company. /li liCollaborate on international,



cross‑functional HR projects to enhance recruitment processes and employer branding. /li /ul h3Key Skills, Knowledge and Abilities /h3 ul li+5 years of relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition team member in a challenging recruiting environment at multinational companies. /li liUniversity degree in HR, Management, Business Administration or related field.
