From avionics and sensors to power systems and flight controls, your work ensures everything operates seamlessly in one high-performance ecosystem. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 h3Design Development /h3 ul liCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design UAV systems (airframes, propulsion, avionics, payloads) /li liCreate detailed designs using CAD tools and perform structural and aerodynamic analysis /li liOptimise system performance through integration and modelling /li liDefine hardware architecture across avionics, sensors, propulsion, and communication systems /li liDevelop system-level architectures ensuring seamless integration /li liProduce system and wiring diagrams for assembly and troubleshooting /li /ul h3Integration Assembly Support /h3 ul liSupport assembly teams during system integration /li liResolve technical challenges related to wiring, compatibility, and system performance /li liEnsure adherence to design specifications and standards /li /ul h3Testing Validation /h3 ul liDevelop and execute test plans (functional, integration, environmental)



/li liAnalyse results and drive continuous design improvements /li /ul h3Regulatory Flight Approval /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with UAV regulations and safety standards /li liPrepare and manage flight approval documentation /li liLiaise with regulatory authorities and stakeholders /li /ul h3Documentation Communication /h3 ul liMaintain detailed technical documentation, diagrams, and reports /li liPrepare work instructions for assembly, integration, and testing /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project goals /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liDegree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred) /li liProven experience in UAV systems engineering, particularly hardware and systems architecture /li liStrong understanding of avionics, aerodynamics, propulsion, and electrical systems /li liExperience with system integration, testing, and validation processes /li liProficiency in CAD tools (e.g. Siemens NX is a plus) /li liKnowledge of UAV regulatory frameworks and standards /li liExcellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail /li liStrong communication skills in multidisciplinary environments /li liFluent in English (Spanish is a plus) /li liExperience with SORA and interaction with aviation authorities (e.g. EASA) /li liHands‑on UAV flight testing experience /li liGCS Operator / External Pilot experience /li liCivilian or military drone pilot licenses /li /ul pYou’re a systems thinker who thrives in complexity—someone who can connect hardware, software, and real‑world performance into one seamless operation.
