ppEurovision Services (ES) is looking for a highly-motivated Network Engineer to join our Technology Team in our Madrid Office, Spain. /p h3ABOUT THE ES TECHNOLOGY TEAM /h3 pThe Technology Team is the driving force behind all our technical infrastructure, networks, corporate systems, and software IT. It is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the entire technical landscape, which serves as the foundation for all permanent and event-based operational services for our customers (e.g., media organizations, sports federations, and event enterprises). /p pIn this context, the Network team is responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of highly available network infrastructures supporting Eurovision Services’ IT and digital broadcast platforms. Through close collaboration with our engineering teams, the Network team ensures uninterrupted delivery of live content to our clients and plays a key role in enabling business continuity and service excellence. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul libDesign, build, operate, and maintain high-availability cloud and on-premise network infrastructures /b for IT and digital broadcast services. /li libContribute to the architecture and implementation of secure network solutions /b, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls. /li libMonitor network performance, availability, and capacity; /b proactively identifying and resolving issues. /li libSupport the delivery and operational readiness /b of customer and partner services. /li libHandle Level 2 support activities /b, incident resolution, and service requests. /li liAnalyze operational needs and bpropose network, tooling, and process improvements /b. /li libParticipate in the deployment and operation of temporary IT and digital broadcast networks /b for major international events. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional and remote teams across multiple locations. /li liProduce and maintain technical documentation in English.



/li libParticipate in a on-call rotation /b to ensure service continuity outside office hours. /li /ul h3SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE /h3 ul lib3-5 years of experience /b working in a similar position in high paced environments. /li liDemonstrable experience in IT service providers, media, broadcast or telecommunications environments is a plus. /li liExperience in high-availability, mission-critical environments is a plus. /li liStrong understanding of networking fundamentals, including LAN, WAN, routing, and switching. /li liExpertise or working knowledge of Cisco networking platforms, such as Catalyst, Nexus, ISR, and ASR (experience with Cisco ACI is a plus). /li liStrong knowledge of routing protocols, including OSPF and BGP. /li liKnowledge of IPv4 multicast in enterprise or broadcast environments. /li liSolid understanding of core network and infrastructure services, including: DNS, NTP, DHCP, SMTP, HTTP, SIP /li liSSL/TLS and Public Key Infrastructures (PKI) /li liExperience with VPN technologies, particularly IPsec; OpenVPN knowledge is a plus. /li liUnderstanding of IPv6 connectivity and firewalling concepts. /li liKnowledge of cloud networking, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS) is an advantage. /li liStrong written and verbal English proficiency. /li /ul h3ABILITIES /h3 ul liExcellent teamwork and collaboration skills. /li liAbility to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience collaborating effectively with remote teams. /li liProficiency in English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3WHY JOIN US /h3 pBecoming part of our team means working in a stimulating, inclusive,
